JUSTIFICATION(REASONS)FOR CHANGE ORDER
Change Order No. 1 will provide for pay item quantities of 8-inch PVC DR 18 for sewer pipe installation in-lieu of
ductile iron pipe due to the current non-availability of ductile iron in the market.
It is understood and agreed that the acceptance of this Change Order by the contractor constitutes an accord and satisfaction and represents
payment in full(both time and money)for all costs arising out of,or incidental to,the above Change Order.
