FIRST AMENDMENT
TO
AGREEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE OF NON-STANDARD IMPROVEMENTS
This First Amendment to City Secretary Contract No. 56294,Agreement for Maintenance
of Non-Standard Improvements, is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT
WORTH ("City") and Matthew 25, LLC ("Developer"), acting herein by and through its duly
authorized owner,to be effective as established herein.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, City and Developer made and entered into City Secretary Contract No.
56294, effective September 13, 2021 (the "Agreement"), to authorize the Developer to provide,
furnish, and perform the services specified therein with regard to either(S) benches, four (4) bike
racks, six (6) trash receptacles and ten (10) decorative planters on City-owned sidewalks and/or
rights-of--way located adjacent to the Developer property, as further described in the Agreement;
and
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to execute an amendment to the Agreement to add
one(1)additional bench and one(1)additional trash receptacle and to replace the site plan included
as`Exhibit A"in the Agreement with a revised site plan, attached hereto as "Exhibit A-1';
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Developer, acting herein by and through their duly
authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement to amend the Agreement:
1.
"Exhibit A" of the Agreement is hereby replaced with the attached revised description of
the project area, labeled as"Exhibit A-L"

All other provisions of the Agreement which are not expressly amended herein shall remain
in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the undersigned parties have executed this Agreement to be effective
as of the date subscribed by the City's designated Assistant City Manager.
