AMENDMENT NO. 1
TO
CITY OF FORT WORTH CONTRACT 52263
This Amendment is entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth (hereafter
"City"), a home rule municipality, with its principal place of business at 200 Texas Street, Fort
Worth, Texas, and LCPtracker, Inc. ("Vendor"), City and Vendor may be referred to
individually as a Party and collectively as the Parties.
WHEREAS, on May 7, 2019, the Parties entered into City Secretary Contract 52263 to
provide software for auditing and reporting of Davis-Bacon Wage Rates on HUD-Grant-Funded
construction projects ("Agreement/Contract");
WHEREAS, the parties have previously renewed the agreement for two additional one-
year terms and the current term is set to expire on May 6, 2022;
WHEREAS,the annual compensation for the Contract is based upon the dollar volume
of the monitored construction contracts; and
WHEREAS,the Parties wish to amend the Agreement to extend the terms of service, as
well as increase the total amount in construction costs for which Wage Rates are monitored and
reported.
NOW,THEREFORE,City and Vendor hereby agree to amend the Contract as follows:

AMENDMENTS
The term of the Contract is hereby extended to August 31, 2022.
Additionally, the parties agree to increase the value of monitored construction contracts
from $25,000,000.00 to $100,000,000.00. As a result, the annual fee will be increased to
$16,214.61 per year.
The parties further agree to amend the contract to authorize on-site and web-based trainings as
needed, up to $3,000.
Accordingly,the total compensation paid by City pursuant to the Contract shall be an amount not
to exceed $19,214.61, annually.
2.
ALL OTHER TERMS SHALL REMAIN THE SAME
All other provisions of the Agreement which are not expressly amended herein shall
remain in full force and effect.
