The narrative will address the pertinent information supporting the application and will provide the necessary documentation related to the models and will also provide the supporting documents as required by current FEMA instructions, recommendations, and guidelines. C. Prepare Pertinent Exhibits. The exhibits provided with the request for a LOMR, will consist of, but may not be limited to, a work map depicting the current effective floodplain, corrected effective floodplain, and the post project flood plain; a certified topographic map, applicable plats and/or boundary data; and annotated FIRM Map(s) depicting the proposed changes in the flood plain. d.
