JUSTIFICATION(REASONS)FOR CHANGE ORDER
Construction Time:
Original contract time was 180 working days.The City desires to change the contract time to calendar days.Based on the NTP date of 4/12/2021,180 working days
corresponds to 260 calendar days.Construction start date has been delayed due to permitting.Construction began on 7/26/2021.Total additional contract time by
this Change order is 96 calendar days.
It is understood and agreed that the acceptance of this Change Order by the contractor constitutes an accord and satisfaction and represents payment in
full(both time and money)for all costs arising out of,or incidental to,the above Change Order. The Project/Program Manager signing below
acknowledges that he/she is the person responsible for the monitoring and administration of this contract,including ensuring all performance and
reporting requirements.
