The installation of Rotork Actuators(for eight 156'x 30",two 96'x 96'gales,total of 10 gates)in lieu of Limilorque actuators,which are provided per VCWRF staff request. Addition costs to allow for the reroute of an 184nch drain line[hat is in conflict with multiple existing utilities. Credit for the reduction of the Odor Control fan size from 28,600 cfm to 13,000 cfm.
