FIRST AMENDMENT
TO FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY
CONTRACT NO.56237
This First Amendment to City Secretary Contract No_ 56237 ("Amendment") is entered
into by and between the City of Fort Worth(„City"),a home rule municipal corporation organized
under the laws of the State of Texas,and Rashida Ogletree-George("Consultant"),collectively the
"parties."
WHEREAS, on August 30, 2021, the parties entered into City of Fort Worth City
Secretary Contract No. 56237 (the"Contract"), for the provision of consultant services related to
police interactions with the public;
WHEREAS, the initial term of the contract expired on November 1, 2021; and
WHEREAS, the parties wish to amend the Contract to extend the expiration date to
January 16, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, Parties, acting herein by the through their duly authorized
representatives, enter into the following agreement to amend the Contract:
I.
The Parties agree to extend the Contract, under the same terms and conditions,with a
new expiration date of January 16, 2022, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms
of the Contract.

All other provisions of the Contract which are not expressly amended herein shall remain
in full force and effect.
