Re: Notice of Non-Renewal
Contract No. CSC No. 55259 (the "Agreement")
On January 26, 2021, the City and Thyssenkrupp Elevator Corporation ("Thyssenkrupp")
executed City Secretary Contract No. 55259 for the provision of elevator maintenance and service
at the City's property located at 100 Energy Way, Fort Worth, Texas 76102.
The City is electing not to renew the Contract beyond January 25, 2022. Accordingly, the
City and Thyssenkrupp agree that City Secretary Contract No. 55259 is terminated effective
January 25, 2022 and that City shall owe no fees or amounts accruing after January 25, 2022 to
Thyssenkrupp under the Contract. The City looks forward to continuing to work with
Thyssenkrupp through a new cooperative agreement.
