FIRST RENEWAL OF FORT WORTH
CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 51136
This FIRST RENEWAL OF FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT
NO. 51136 ("Renewal") is made and entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth, a
home-rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas ("City"), acting herein by and through
Dana Burghdoff, its duly authorized Assistant City Manager, and M- LITE
AIRFIELD SERVICES, LLC, a foreign limited liability company ("Vendor"), acting herein
by and through Kelly Spinner, its duly authorized Vice President of Finance. City and Vendor
are individually referred to as a"party" and collectively referred to as the "parties".
WHEREAS, the parties originally entered into a City of Fort Worth Cooperative
Purchase Agreement known as City Secretary Contract (CSC) Number 51136 (the
"Agreement"), which was executed on April 25, 2018; and was to expire on September 26, 2021;
WHEREAS, the Agreement was based on NJPA Cooperative Contract Award No.
062817-BLA (Cooperative Contract);
WHEREAS, the Agreement was originally for the purpose of airfiled painting services
for Fort Worth Meacham International Airport (Meacham) only;
WHEREAS, the parties executed an amendment to the Agreement on August 22, 2018
which allowed for additional airfield painting services at the City's other two airports—Fort
Worth Spinks Airport and Fort Worth Alliance Airport in addition to Meacham (Amendment);
WHEREAS, the Cooperative Contract that was used to execute the Agreement was
renewed and extended for one year with a new expiration date of September 26, 2022;
WHEREAS, prior to the end of the initial term of the Agreement, the parties agreed to
continue this Agreement for a one-year renewal term, in accordance with the same term as the
Cooperative Contract, which the parties would now like to memorialize through this Renewal
that will be for a period beginning on September 27, 2021 and ending on September 26, 2022.

NOW THEREFORE, KNOWN ALL BY THESE PRESENT, City and Vendor, acting
herein by and through their duly authorized representatives, enter into this Renewal as follows:
1.
The City and Vendor hereby agree to enter into this Renewal as permitted under
the Agreement, for a renewal term beginning on September 27, 2021 and ending on September
26, 2022.
2.
Except as expressly modified in this Renewal, all other terms and conditions of the
Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
