Dear Ms. Russo:
This letter shall serve as notice that the City of Fort Worth would like to exercise the first
additional option to renew the lease at 2421 Westport parkway, suite 800 as permitted
under the Third Amendment to the Lease Agreement (CSC# 36872-A3) which would be
effective as of April 1, 2022 and expire on March 31, 2023.
Please have this renewal notice signed by the appropriate party and return via email to
mark.brownPfortworthtexas.gov for execution and the assignment of a contract number in
the Office of the City Secretary of Fort Worth. A fully executed copy will be returned to you
for your files.
