AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO
CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 48791
RECOGNITION AGREEMENT
This Amendment is entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth (hereafter
"City"), a home rule municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Texas, with
its principal place of business at 1000 Throckmorton Street, Fort Worth, Texas, and Texas
Police Chiefs Association Foundation (hereafter"TPCAF"), an individual.
WHEREAS, the parties have previously entered into City of Fort Worth City Secretary
Contract No. 48791 (the "Contract"), which was executed on March 20, 2017; and
WHEREAS, the Contract involves professional services for assistance in preparation of
the City's Fiscal Year("FY") 2021 and FY 2022 Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports; and
WHEREAS, the City and TPCAF now wish to amend the original Contract to replace
the current annual fee schedule with a new annual fee schedule to be in effect January 1, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, City and TCPAF, acting herein by the through their duly
authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement to amend the contract:
1. The Contract is hereby amended by replacing Section 7.1 with the following:
