THIRD RENEWAL AND SECOND AMENDMENT OF CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO.
52614,A NON-EXCLUSIVE MOWING AND GROUNDS MAINTENANCE SERVICES
AGREEMENT FOR POLICE PROPERTIES BETWEEN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH AND
WCD ENTERPRISES LLC.
This THIRD RENEWAL AND SECOND AMENDMENT OF CITY SECRETARY
CONTRACT NUMBER 52614 ("Third Renewal and Second Amendment") is made and entered into by
and between the CITY OF FORT WORTH ("City"), a home-rule municipal corporation of the State of
Texas, acting by and through its duly authorized Assistant City Manager, and WCD ENTERPRISES
LLC, ("Contractor"), a Texas limited liability company acting by and through its duly authorized
representative.
WHEREAS, the City and Contractor entered into a non-exclusive mowing and grounds
maintenance services agreement, the same being Fort Worth City Secretary Contract ("CSC") Number
52614;
WHEREAS,the Agreement provides for an initial one-year term,with four(4) one-year renewal
options;
WHEREAS,the initial one-year term expired on July 14,2020;
WHEREAS, the City and Contractor executed a First Amendment and Renewal, renewing CSC
52614 for a portion of the first renewal term through November 30, 2020 and revising the scope of
services, the same being City Secretary Contract No. 52614-A1R1; ("CSC Nos. 52614 and 52614-A1R1
are collectively referred to herein as the "Agreement")
WHEREAS, the City and Contractor exercised the Second Renewal Term, which expired on
November 30,2021 the same being City Secretary Contract No. 52614-R2;
WHEREAS, the Agreement provides for on-call mowing services on either an individual or
recurring basis at pricing equivalent to comparable;
WHEREAS, the Contractor desires to provide certain on-call mowing services for the City in
accordance with the terms of the Agreement and this Third Renewal and Second Amendment; and
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises set forth herein
and other good and valuable consideration,the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,the City and
Contractor agree to renew and amend the Agreement as follows:
I.
The City and Contractor agree to renew and extend the Agreement for the Third renewal term of
one year,effective beginning on December 1,2021 and ending on November 30,2022.
II.
Contractor will provide on-call mowing services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement
and Exhibit B-1,which is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes. All provisions related
to on-call mowing in the Agreement, including, but not limited to, the non-exclusivity of the on-call
mowing projects,remain in full force and effect.

III.
1. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect except as
specifically set forth in this Third Renewal and Second Amendment.
2. All terms of this Third Renewal and Second Amendment that are capitalized but not
defined have the meanings assigned to them in the Agreement.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the City and Contractor have executed Third Renewal to be
effective on December 1st,2021.
