Contract No. CSC No. 51673 & CSC No. 51673-R1 (the "Contract")
Contract Termination Date: March 31, 2022
The above referenced Contract with the City of Fort Worth will be terminated on March
31,2022. Pursuant to the Contract,Section 4.TERMINATION,4.1 Written Notice. City or Vendor
may terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason by providing the other party with 90
days written notice of termination. We appreciate the service the Reed Group has provided the
City and appreciate your continued support through the de-implementation process.
Please return this signed acknowledgement letter to the address set forth below,
acknowledging receipt of the Contract Termination Notice.
Failure to provide a signed acknowledgment does not affect the termination of the
Contract.
