SECOND RENEWAL OF CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 53748,A NON-EXCLUSIVE
MOWING AND GROUNDS MAINTENANCE SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR SOUTH
DISTRICT TRAFFIC DIVIDERS BETWEEN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH AND
PRESBYTERIAN NIGHT SHELTER OF TARRANT COUNTY,INC.
This SECOND RENEWAL OF CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NUMBER 53748
("Second Renewal")is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT WORTH ("City"), a
home-rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas, acting by and through its duly authorized
Assistant City Manager, and PRESBYTERIAN NIGHT SHELTER OF TARRANT COUNTY, INC.
("Contractor"), A domestic nonprofit corporation, acting by and through its duly authorized
representative.
WHEREAS, the City and Contractor entered into a non-exclusive mowing and grounds
maintenance services agreement, the same being Fort Worth City Secretary Contract Number 53748
("Agreement");
WHEREAS, the Agreement provides for a primary term of one year, with four (4) subsequent
one-year renewal options;
WHEREAS, the City and Contractor exercised the First Renewal Option, which expires on
November 30,2021,the same being CSC No. 53748-R1;
WHEREAS,the parties desire to exercise the second one-year renewal term, effective beginning
on December 1,2021 and ending on November 30,2022;
NOW,THEREFORE,the City and Contractor agree to renew and extend the Agreement for one
additional year as follows:
I.
The City and Contractor agree to renew and extend the Agreement for the second renewal term of
one year,effective beginning on December 1,2021 and ending on November 30,2022.
II.
1. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect except as
specifically set forth in this Second Renewal.
2. All terms of this Second Renewal that are capitalized but not defined have the meanings
assigned to them in the Agreement.
