Re: Agreed Termination of Contract
Contract No. CSC No. 57050
On January 26,2021,the City of Fort Worth("City")and NWI Construction("Contractor")
executed City Secretary Contract No. 57050 (the "Agreement") for remodeling services at the
City's various properties.
Due to an error in the name of Contractor's legal entity included in the Agreement, City
and Contractor wish to terminate the Agreement and execute a new agreement with correct name
of Contractor's legal entity. Accordingly, the City and Contractor agree that City Secretary
Contract No. 57050 is terminated effective immediately.
