Contract No. CSC No. 55258
On January 26, 2021, the City and Kings III of America, LLC (the "Company") executed
City Secretary Contract No. 55258 (the "Agreement") for the provision of elevator monitoring
services at the City's property located at 100 Energy Way, Fort Worth, Texas 76102.
Per section 5 of the Agreement, either City or Company may terminate the Agreement at
any time and for any reason by providing the other party with 30 days written notice of termination.
The City is electing not to renew the Agreement beyond April 30,2022.Accordingly,the City and
Company agree that City Secretary Contract No. 55258 is terminated effective April 30,2022.The
City looks forward to continuing to work with Kings III of America, LLC under a new agreement.
