THIRD RENEWAL OF FORT WORTH
CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 52381
This THIRD RENEWAL OF FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT
NO. 52381 ("Renewal") is made and entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth, a
home-rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas ("City"), acting herein by and through
Dana Burghdoff, its duly authorized Assistant City Manager, and Rentokil North America, Inc.
("Vendor"), acting herein by and through Linda Hasley, its duly authorized District Manager.
City and Vendor are individually referred to as a "party" and collectively referred to as the
"parties".
WHEREAS, City and Vendor are currently parties to an agreement for Vendor to
provide a full range of landscaping services at Fort Worth Meacham International Airport, the
same being Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 52381 (the "Agreement");
WHEREAS, the Agreement provided for a 12-month initial term with options for three
(3)renewal terms;
WHEREAS,the initial term of Agreement was for a period from April 12, 2019 to April
11, 2020;
WHEREAS, on April 24, 2020 the parties executed the First Amendent and First
Renewal of the Agreement which increased the total potential compensation amount for the
Agreement per term and renewed the Agreement for the first one year renewal term; and
WHEREAS, having agreed to an additional renewal and amendment prior to its
execution, on May 19, 2021 the parties executed a second, one-year, renewal term and
amendment to the Agreement to increase the maximum amount available to be spent by City to
Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00)per year;
WHEREAS, the parties have now agreed to execute the third and last, one-year, renewal
term for a period beginning on April 12, 2022 and ending on April 11, 2023.

NOW THEREFORE, KNOWN ALL BY THESE PRESENT, City and Vendor, acting
herein by and through their duly authorized representatives, enter into this Renewal as follows:
1.
The City and Vendor hereby agree to enter into this Renewal as permitted under
the Agreement, for a renewal term beginning on April 12, 2022 and ending on April 11,2023.
2.
Except as expressly modified in this Renewal, all other terms and conditions of the
Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
