Re: Contract Termination Notice
Dear Sir or Madam:
This letter is to inform you that the City is exercising its right to terminate the Standard
Agreement for Professional Services,dated March 15,2022, CSC No. 57247(the"Contract").
Pursuant to section Article VIII of the Contract, the City has the right to terminate the Contract.
The termination shall be effective immediately upon the end of the termination notice period stated
in the Contract.
Failure to provide a signed acknowledgment does not affect the termination of the
Contract.
If you have any questions concerning this Contract Termination Notice, please do not
