SECOND AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT FOR SERVICES
BETWEEN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH AND
CENTURY FIRE PROTECTION,LLC
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 53801
This Second Amendment to the CONTRACT FOR SERVICES ("Second Amendment"),
Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 53801,between the CITY OF FORT WORTH("City"),
a Texas home rule municipal corporation and CENTURY FIRE PROTECTION, LLC
("Contractor"), a Delaware limited liability company, each individually referred to as a "party"
and collectively referred to as the "parties."
WHEREAS City and Contractor entered into an agreement for fire protection services for
the City's various facilities, said agreement being identified as Fort Worth City Secretary Contract
No. 53801 and having an effective date of April 13, 2020 (the"Agreement"); and
WHEREAS on January 19, 2021 City and Contractor amended the Agreement for the first
time to include additional City facilities and to revise the not-to-exceed amount of compensation
(City Secretary Contract No. 53801-A1); and
WHEREAS the Agreement has been renewed through April 12, 2023 (City Secretary
Contract Nos. 53801-RI and 53801-R2); and
WHEREAS City and Contractor now wish to amend the Agreement for the second time
to include fire protection services for the City's building located at 100 Energy Way,Fort Worth,
Texas 76102.
NOW THEREFORE, City and Contractor, acting herein by and through their duly
authorized representatives, agree to the following terms:
1. Amendment of Scope of Work. The following services and fees are incorporated into the
Agreement's Exhibit A—Work as if they had been originally set forth in the Agreement.
