FIRST AMENDMENT OF CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 57131
VENDOR SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN
CITY OF FORT WORTH AND RICHARD KENNINGTON DBA
A PLUS WATER WELL DRILLING
This First Amendment of City Secretary Contract No. 57131 ("First Amendment") is made between
the City of Fort Worth("Fort Worth"),a municipal corporation and Richard Kennington,an individual
DBA A Plus Water Well Drilling and acting by and through its duly authorized representative ("Vendor").
WHEREAS,on February 15, 2022,Fort Worth and Vendor entered into a Vendor Services
Agreement for the water well and pump system repair services to irrigate the golf course grounds at the City
of Fort Worth's Meadowbrook Golf Course,the same being City Secretary Contract("CSC")Number
57131 ("Agreement");
WHEREAS,the Agreement provides a one-year Initial Term,with four(4)one-year renewal
options by written agreement of the parties. ("Renewal Term");
WHEREAS,the Initial Term of the Agreement expires on February 14, 2023;
WHEREAS,Fort Worth and Vendor wish to amend the Agreement to increase the total
compensation amount to include water well and pump system repair services at the Fort Worth Nature
Center&Refuge, located at 9601 Fossil Ridge Road, Fort Worth, Texas 76135; and
NOW THEREFORE,in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants set forth herein,Fort
Worth and Vendor agree to amend the Agreement as follows:
I.
AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
Fort Worth and Vendor hereby agree to amend the Agreement to increase the not to exceed amount from
$71,865.00 to $89,831.25,to include water well and pump system repair services at the Fort Worth Nature
Center&Refuge, located at 9601 Fossil Ridge Road, Fort Worth, Texas 76135.
II.
1. All terms and conditions of the Agreement that are not expressly amended pursuant to this First
Amendment shall remain in full force and effect.
2. All terms in this First Amendment that are capitalized but not defined shall have the same
meanings assigned to them in the Agreement.
