AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO
CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 55013
This Amendment is entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth (hereafter
"City"), a home rule municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Texas, and
Flock Group,Inc. (hereafter"Vendor"), a for profit corporation.
WHEREAS, the parties have previously entered into City of Fort Worth City Secretary
Contract No. 55013 (the "Contract"),which was executed on December 9, 2020; and
WHEREAS, the Contract involves professional services for assistance in preparation of
the City's Fiscal Year("FY") 2021 and FY 2022 Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports; and
WHEREAS, the original term of the Contract expired on December 8, 2021 and
included unlimited one-year renewal terms by the mutual agreement of the parties; and
WHEREAS, the City and Vendor now wish to amend the Contract to replace Exhibit B
Pricing Schedule with updated pricing and renew the Contract for an additional one-year period.
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Vendor, acting herein by the through their duly
authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement to amend the contract:
I.
1. Exhibit B- Pricing Schedule, attached to City Secretary Contract No. 55013-AD1, is
hereby replaced in its entirety with the Exhibit B-Pricing Schedule, attached hereto.
2. The term of the agreement is hereby renewed for its second annual term to begin
immediately upon the expiration of the prior term, December 9, 2021, and shall expire
one year from that date on December 8, 2022.
II.
All other provisions of the Contract which are not expressly amended herein shall remain
in full force and effect.
