This Amendrn nt to Tract 22 .Deese Agreement (" nd en s" is entered into as
of the a dad of , 13 by and between the Tarrant Regional Water
District', a Water ControVand Improvement District ("Di'stri*et"), and the City, of For
Werth, a municipal corporation, acting by and through its duly authorized representative
("Tenant').
RECITALS
A. Lessor and :Lessee entered into a. certain Tract 22 Lease Agreement dated July 29,
2011 (City Secretary Contract No. 42578), (the "Lease"), involving premises
more particularly described therein.
B. Lessor and Lessee new desire t ► amend the Lease as described below.
AGREEMENT
OW, THEREFORE, -for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, Lessor and Lessee agree as follows:
I. Section 2.C. is hereby deleted in its entirety. Section.2.D. is renumbered as
Section 2.C.
2. The Lease, as amended hereby, remains in full farce and select.
Capitalized terms not defined Herein have the meanings assigned in the Lease.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Amendment has been duly executed to multiple
counterparts by the parties hereto as of the date and year first written above.

It is recommended that the City Council:
1. Authorize execution of leases,for 11000 Calvert Street and 1076 Calvert Street, from `arrant
Regional Water District for a Rental Rate of$10.010 per year per lease; and
2. Authorize execution and recording f the aplpropr�iate instruments concerning the lease of the
properties.

,staff relcolmrnends leasing the Fort Worth Police and Fire Training Academy and Gun Range site
from Tarrant Regional Water District at a rate of$10.00 per year for each location.

Lease Terns:
The,eight-year lease for the Police and Fire Training Academy located at 1 000 Calvert Street begins
July 2,9, 2011 and ends July 29, 2019 with two one-year renewal terms available, if construction of a
replacement facility is imminent, with the same terms and conditions as the initial Agreement.
The Lama for the Gun range located et 1076 Calvert Street begins July 29, 2011 and ends
December 31, 2013 with month-to-month tenancy available for 1 or month.
Both leases require the City of Fort Worth to pray all utilities used on the leased pirernises, including
any required deposits. The City is also responsible for repairs and maintenance, but shall make no
alterations or improvements without the written consent of Tarrant regional Water District, Tarrant
Regional Water District provides no insurance.
