FIRST AMENDMENT TO CONTRACTOR SERVICES AGREEMENT
FOR GENERATOR MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 53592
This First Amendment to the CONTRACTOR SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR
GENERATOR MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR, Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No.
53592 (the "Agreement"), is entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT WORTH
("City"), a Texas home rule municipal corporation and M.G. BRYAN EQUIPMENT
COMPANY, LP ("Contractor"), each individually referred to as a "party" and collectively
referred to as the "parties."
WHEREAS, City, through its Property Management Department, contracts for generator
maintenance and repair services at numerous City facilities;
WHEREAS,through ITB No.20-0024 and Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No.53592,
City and Contractor entered into a non-exclusive agreement for generator maintenance and repair
services on an as-needed basis;
WHEREAS City and Contractor now wish to amend the Agreement for the first time to
include additional services for the City's building located at 100 Energy Way, Fort Worth, Texas
76102.
NOW,THEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants and agreements contained in the
Agreement and this first amendment, City and Contractor hereby agree as follows:
1. The following location is included in Attachment B — Locations of Generators as if it had
been originally set forth in the Agreement.

2. All other terms, provisions, conditions, covenants and recitals of the Agreement not
expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.
