Re: Notice of Non-Renewal
Contract No. CSC No. 55260
On January 26, 2021, PowerSecure, Inc. (the "Contractor") and the City of Fort Worth
("City") executed City Secretary Contract No. 55260 (the "Agreement") for the provision of
generator maintenance services at the City's property located at 100 Energy Way, Fort Worth,
Texas 76102.
Per section 5 of the Agreement, either City or Contractor may terminate the Agreement at
any time and for any reason by providing the other party with 30 days written notice of termination.
The City is electing not to renew the Agreement beyond June 30, 2022. Accordingly,the City and
Contractor agree that City Secretary Contract No. 55260 is terminated effective June 30, 2022.
Failure to provide a signed acknowledgment does not affect the termination of the Agreement.
