THIRD AMENDMENT TO CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NUMBER 53726
A PROFESSIONAL BUILDING INSPECTION SERVICES AGREEMENT
(Third Party Company)
This THIRD AMENDMENT TO CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NUMBER
53726("Third Amendment")is made and entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth,
a home-rule municipal corporation of the state of Texas ("City"), and SAFEbuilt Texas,LLC,
a Texas limited liability company ("Company"), acting by and thorough their duly authorized
representatives.
WHEREAS, the City and Company entered into a professional building inspection
agreement for inspection services for projects, on an as needed basis, for all trades, including
building, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and energy, City Secretary Contract Number 53726
("Agreement"); and
WHEREAS,City and Company executed the First Amendment to the Agreement to renew
the Agreement for the first renewal term, City Secretary Contract Number 53726-A 1; and
WHEREAS, City and Company executed the Second Amendment to the Agreement to
renew the Agreement for the second renewal term, City Secretary Contract Number 53726-A2;
and
WHEREAS, City and Company desire to amend the Agreement to increase the maximum
amount of compensation City may pay Company pursuant to the terms and conditions of the
Agreement;
NOW THEREFORE, City and Company, acting herein by and through their duly
authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement, which amends City Secretary
Contract Number 53726:

Article III, Section 3.01 of the Agreement is amended in its entirety to be and read as
follows:
3.01. Compensation
The City shall pay Company an amount not to exceed $95,000.00 in accordance with the
provisions of this Agreement and the Payment Schedule attached as Exhibit"C,"which is attached
hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes. Company shall not perform any additional services
for the City not specified by this Agreement unless the City requests and approves in writing the
additional costs for such services. The City shall not be liable for any additional expenses of
Company not specified by this Agreement unless the City approves such expenses in writin .

a. All other provisions of the Agreement which are not expressly amended herein, shall
remain in full force and effect.
b. All terms in this Third Amendment that are capitalized, but not defined, shall have the
meanings ascribed to those terms in in the Agreement.

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the City and Developer have executed this First
Amendment to be effective on the date signed by the City's Assistant City Manager.
