AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO
CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 54495
COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT
This Amendment is entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth (hereafter
"City"), a home rule municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Texas, with
its principal place of business at 200 Texas Street, Fort Worth, Texas, and Applied Concepts
Inc. (hereafter"Vendor"), a corporation.
WHEREAS, the parties have previously entered into City of Fort Worth City Secretary
Contract No. 54495 (the "Contract"),which was executed on June 1, 2020; and
WHEREAS,the original contract expires on May 31, 2021; and
WHEREAS,the City and Vendor now wish to amend the original Contract to
increase the not to exceed amount of$14,000 to $50,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Vendor, acting herein by the through their duly
authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement to amend the contract:
1. The Agreement is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph to the Amendment
attached to the Agreement.
City shall pay Vendor in accordance with the fee schedule in Exhibit A and in accordance
with the provisions of this Agreement. Total payment made under this Agreement for the first
year by City shall be in the amount of Fifty Thousand Dollars and zero cents ($50,000.00).
Vendor shall not provide any additional items or services or bill for expenses incurred for City
not specified by this Agreement unless City requests and approves in writing the additional costs
for such services. City shall not be liable for any additional expenses of Vendor not specified by
this Agreement unless City first approves such expenses in writing.
2. All other provisions of the Contract which are not expressly amended herein shall remain
in full force and effect.
