AMENDMENT NO. 1 AND RENEWAL NO. 1 TO
CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 55792
This Amendment and Renewal is executed by and between the CITY OF FORT
WORTH(hereafter"City"),a home rule municipal corporation with its principal place of business
at 200 Texas Street,Fort Worth,Texas, and VAN CLIBURN FOUNDATION,INC. d/b/a THE
CLIBURN (hereafter "Performer"), located at 201 Main Street, Suite 100, Fort Worth, Texas.
City and Performer are each individually referred to herein as a "Party" and collectively as the
"Parties."
WHEREAS, the parties have previously entered into City of Fort Worth City Secretary
Contract No. 55792 (the"Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, the Agreement was executed for Performer to provide a series of piano
concerts; and
WHEREAS, the current term of the Agreement expires on June 9, 2022; and
WHEREAS, the Agreement allows for annual renewal options upon mutual agreement of
the Parties; and
WHEREAS, the Agreement allows for additional times and locations for Performances to
be added by written mutual agreement and the Parties mutually desire to amend the Agreement to
incorporate more Performances as listed in Attachment A; and
WHEREAS, the City and Performer also wish to renew the term of the Agreement for
continued services pursuant to the original Agreement for an additional year, specifically from
June 11, 2022 to June 09, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Performer acting herein by the through their duly
authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement to renew the contract:

Amendments
Attachment"A"- PERFORMANCE DATES, is hereby amended and replaced in its
entirety with Attachment"A"- PERFORMANCE DATES, attached hereto.
2.
Renewal
The term of the Agreement is hereby renewed for an additional year and will expire June
09, 2023,unless terminated earlier in accordance with the Agreement.

All other provisions of the Contract which are not expressly amended herein shall remain
in full force and effect.
4.
This Amendment and Renewal may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which
shall be an original and all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument.A facsimile copy
or computer image, such as a PDF or tiff image, or a signature, shall be treated as and shall have
the same effect as an original.
