FIRST RENEWAL AND SECOND AMENDMENT TO
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 56580
This First Renewal and Second Amendment to Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No.
56580 ("The Agreement") is made between the City of Fort Worth ("Fort Worth"), a municipal
corporation and GT Distributors, Inc., a Texas Corporation.
WHEREAS, Fort Worth and Vendor entered into an Agreement identified as Fort Worth
City Secretary Contract No. 56580 beginning October 21, 2021 (the "Agreement") and ending on
February 28, 2022; and
WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of both Fort Worth and Vendor to amend the
Agreement to include one (1) one-year renewal option to the term.
WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of both Fort Worth and Vendor to extend the
agreement
NOW THEREFORE City and Vendor do hereby agree to the following:
I.
AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
The following terms are hereby amended to either replace any conflicting terms in the
Original Agreement or shall be added to the terms and shall be binding and enforceable as if they
were originally included therein and the amended agreement shall be referred to as the Agreement
in all future documents.
1. The term of the of the agreement is hereby amended to include one (1) one-year
renewal option at the mutual agreement of the parties.
II.
RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT
1. The Agreement, as amended herein, is hereby renewed and extended for a renewal
term commencing on March 1, 2022, and ending on February 28, 2023.
