COUNTY OF TARRANT
WHEREAS, The City of Fort Worth and Brinkley Sargent Wiginton Architects, Inc.,
(Consultant) made and entered into City Secretary Contract No. 52577 (The Contract)
which was administratively authorized, the 26th day of July, 2019, for Phase One,
Programming, Schematic Design and Cost Estimating of the Northwest Community
Center; and
WHEREAS, further amendment is necessary to reimburse the Consultant as part of the
design services agreement for additional design services for Drainage Study Models
and Report.
NOW THEREFORE, City and Consultant, acting herein by and through their duly
authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement which amends the
Contract:

Article I — Substitute the attached revised Section III into the original Agreement.
Term
Unless terminated pursuant to the terms herein, this Agreement shall be for
the duration of the project, beginning upon the date of its execution. In the
event construction services extends beyond 18 months, an equitable
adjustment to the Architectural Services Contract Sum will be made by
Amendment.

All other provisions of this Contract which are not expressly amended herein shall
remain in full force and effect.
Executed effective as of the date signed by the Assistant City Manager below.
