SECOND AMENDMENT TO PURCHASE AGREEMENT BASED UPON AN
INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH AND
ORIENTAL BUILDING SERVICES,INC.
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 56806
This Second Amendment to the PURCHASE AGREEMENT BASED UPON AN
INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT ("Second Amendment"), Fort Worth City Secretary Contract
No. 56806, between the CITY OF FORT WORTH ("City"), a Texas home rule municipal
corporation and ORIENTAL BUILDING SERVICES, INC. ("Vendor"), a Texas Corporation,
each individually referred to as a"party" and collectively referred to as the "parties."
WHEREAS City and Vendor entered into an agreement for janitorial services for the
City's various facilities, said agreement being identified as Fort Worth City Secretary Contract
No. 56806 and having an effective date of December 14, 2021 (the "Agreement"); and
WHEREAS on March 23, 2021, City and Vendor amended the Agreement for the first
time to include janitorial services for additional City facilities(Fort Worth City Secretary Contract
No. 56806-A1); and
WHEREAS City and Vendor now wish to amend the Agreement for the second time to
include janitorial services for an additional City facility located at 1000 Calvert,Fort Worth,Texas
76107.
NOW THEREFORE, City and Contractor, acting herein by and through their duly
authorized representatives, agree to the following terms:
1. Amendment of Scope of Services. The services and fees included in Exhibit A—"Quote—
Fort Worth Police Department, 1000 Calvert," attached to this Second Amendment, are
incorporated into the Agreement's Exhibit C — "Vendor's Quote, Pricing, Scope of Services or
Purchase Order" as if they had been originally set forth in the Agreement.
2. All other terms, provisions, conditions, covenants and recitals of the Agreement not
expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect. Total payment made under the
Agreement shall not exceed Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,500,000.00).

EXHIBIT A
QUOTE - FORT WORTH POLICE DEPARTMENT, 1000 CALVERT
The price quotes for the services with 3 custodial staffs,Monday to Friday, between the time of 7
am—4 pm. Below is the annual work hours and total cost.
120 weekly hours X 52 weeks per year= 6,240 annual hours
6,240 annual hours X 16.48 hourly rate = $ 102,835.20 annual cost
