JUSTIFICATION (REASONS) FOR CHANGE ORDER
The change order will provide for the 84 inch tunnel liner plate by other than open in order to avoid cutting
recently completed paving improvements on East Berry Street.
Staff concurs with the contractor's request for 160 additional calendar days on the change order.
