Thanks for the email below. I have talked to Rich on this briefly and my understanding is the change
order 1 and 2 can be filed as is. I will route the change order 3 for signatures. Attached are change
order 1 and 2 that were executed before the CFA was amended later for city cost participation.

2 so that we have a consistent record.You will need to ask your attorney if they can be filed as they
