Contract No. CSC No. 55252
On January 26, 2021, Fire Power Systems, Inc. (the "Company") and the City of Fort
Worth ("City") executed City Secretary Contract No. 55252 (the "Agreement") for the provision
of fire protection system services at the City's property located at 100 Energy Way, Fort Worth,
Texas 76102.
Per section 5 of the Agreement, either City or Company may terminate the Agreement at
any time and for any reason by providing the other party with 30 days written notice of termination.
The City is electing not to renew the Agreement beyond August 31, 2022. Accordingly, the City
and Company agree that City Secretary Contract No. 55252 is terminated effective August 31,
2022. Failure to provide a signed acknowledgment does not affect the termination of the
Agreement.
