They have the right to terminate, but it's only effective on the "September 30th expiration of the fiscal period then in effect." I assume that is trying to say it runs through the fiscal year. Looking at their notice of termination, it is to be effective as of September 30, so that is appropriate. The department needs to ensure that all license fees or other charges have been paid. And, to ensure the premises are in good condition/not damaged once any equipment of the vendor's is removed.The notice can be sent to city sec. to be filed. Taylor C.
