Dear Mr. Gillette,
Please accept this letter as thirty (30) day notice from the City of Fort Worth as termination of the
Parking License Agreement under City Secretary No. 56963 ("Agreement"). As the Agreement
states, either party may terminate the Agreement for any reason,by providing the other party with not
less than 30-days written notice prior to the effective date of such termination.
This notice is effective August 3, 2022 with the Premises to be vacated no later than September 2,
2022.
