SECOND RENEWAL OF CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 54801,
CONTRACT FOR EVENT STAFFING AT THE FORT WORTH CONVENTION CENTER(FWCC)
AND WILL ROGERS MEMORIAL CENTER(WRMC)
This Renewal to City Secretary Contract No. 54801 ("Second Renewal") is made and entered into
by and between the City of Fort Worth,a home-rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas,acting by and
through its duly authorized Assistant City Manager, and Flair Event Staffing, Inc. dba Usher and More
("Vendor"),a Texas corporation,acting by and through its duly authorized representative.
WHEREAS,the City and Vendor are currently parties to an agreement for Event staffing services for
the Clients of the WRMC and FWCC, the same being Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 54801
("Agreement");
WHEREAS,the primary term of the Agreement is from October 1,2020 to September 30,2021,with
an option to renew for four(4)additional one(1)year periods(each a"Renewal Term");
WHEREAS,the parties desire to exercise the first renewal option and extend the Agreement for one-
year,effective beginning on October 1,2021 and expiring on September 30,2022;
NOW THEREFORE,the parties,in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained
herein, do mutually covenant and agree that the Agreement shall be renewed and extended as follows:
I.
The Second Renewal will be for a period of one-year, effective beginning on October 1, 2022 and
expiring on September 30,2023 ("Second Renewal Term").
II.
All terms in this Second Renewal that are capitalized but not defined have the meaning assigned to
them in the Agreement.
III.
All terms and conditions of the Agreement that are not expressly amended or referenced pursuant to
this Renewal remain in full force and effect during the First Renewal Term unless specifically amended in
writing.
