FIRST AMENDMENT AND RENEWAL
TO FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY
CONTRACT NO. 56901
This First Amendment to City Secretary Contract No. 56901 ("Amendment") is entered into by
and between the City of Fort Worth ("City"), a home rule municipal corporation organized under
the laws of the State of Texas, and Androvett Legal Media & Marketing, Ltd., a Texas limited
partnership ("Consultant"), collectively the "parties."
WHEREAS, on December 29, 2021, the parties entered into City of Fort Worth City
Secretary Contract No. 56901 (the "Contract"), for the provision of consultant services related to
public communications outreach strategies;
WHEREAS,the initial term of the Contract expired on June 14,2022 but the terms of the Contract
permit the parties to extend the terms by mutual agreement; and
WHEREAS,the parties have continued to perform as though the Contract had been extended and
now mutually agree to formally extend and renew the Contract with a new expiration date of June
14, 2023
NOW,THEREFORE,the Parties, acting herein by and the through their duly authorized
representatives, enter into the following agreement to renew and extend the Contract:
1.
The Parties agree to renew the Contract, under the same terms and conditions, for a new
term beginning on June 15, 2022 and ending on June 14, 2023.
2.
All other provisions of the Contract which are not expressly amended herein shall remain
in full force and effect.
