TERMINATION OF DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT

This Termination of Annexation Development Agreements (this"Termination"), effective
as of May 10, 2022 (the "Effective Date") is entered into by and between THE CITY OF FORT
WORTH, TEXAS (the "City"), and SRPF D/CINNAMON INDUSTRIAL, L.P., a Delaware
limited partnership (the "Owner"), whether one or more natural persons or legal entities.
A. The City and the James F. Wiggins GST Exempt Family Trust, the Edith Wiggins Martin
GST Exempt Family Trust and the Brynn Wiggins GST Exempt Family Trust(collectively
the Original Owner) entered into: Development Agreement, Texas Local Government
Code §§ 43.035 & 212.172, a pre-annexation agreement, dated January 7, 2017, recorded
as Document No. D217015154 in the Official Public Records of Tarrant County, Texas,
("Agreement") and recorded as City Secretary Contract No. 48550, for the property
depicted in Exhibit A (the "Property").
B. The Agreement provided that termination occurs upon the annexation of the Property,
either in whole or in part for full or limited purposes.
C. On May 10, 2022, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 22512-05-2022 annexing the
Property into the City for full purposes and entered into a Municipal Services Agreement,
CSC No. 57551.
D. On May 26, 2022, SRPF D/Cinnamon Industrial, L.P., the Owner acquired the Property
from the Original Owners as recorded in D222136526 in the Official Public Records of
Tarrant County, Texas.
E. The City and Owner desire to terminate Agreement now that the Property is fully annexed
into the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of
which is acknowledged,the City and Owner agree as follows:
1. Termination and Release. The Agreement is hereby terminated in its entirety and is of no
further force or effect.
2. Binding Effect. This Termination shall be binding upon, and will inure to the benefit of,the
parties hereto and their respective legal representatives, successors and assigns (including all
subsequent owners of the Property).
3. Counterpart Execution. This Termination may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of
which will be an original, but all of which will constitute one instrument.

EXECUTED by the City and Owner on the separate counterpart signature pages attached to
this Termination, all to be effective as of the Effective Date.
