RENEWAL 3 TO CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 52633
MASTER PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
This Renewal is executed by and between the City of Fort Worth (hereafter "City"), a
home-rule municipality, with its principal place of business at 200 Texas Street, Fort Worth,
Texas, and CAREERS WORK,INC. dba CAREER MANAGEMENT PARTNERS ("Consultant"),
a domestic for-profit corporation, City and Consultant shall be referred to individually as a "Party"
and collectively as the "Parties."
WHEREAS, on August 7, 2019, the Parties entered into City Secretary Contract 52633
for Consultant to provide City with recruiting and talent acquisition services (the '-Agreement");
and
WHEREAS, the Agreement allows for renewals under the same terms and conditions for
up to four(4) one-year renewal options, at the City's sole discretion; and
WHEREAS, the current term of the Agreement expires on August 6, 2022; and
WHEREAS,the Parties desire to continue operating under the same terms and conditions
and mutually intend to renew the Agreement for continued services pursuant to the original
Agreement for an additional year, specifically from August 7, 2022 to August 6, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Consultant acting herein by and through their duly
authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement to renew the contract:
1.
The term of the Agreement is hereby renewed for an additional year to begin on August
7, 2022 and expire on August 6, 2023,unless terminated earlier in accordance with the Agreement.
