FIRST AMENDMENT TO
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 53761
BETWEEN CITY OF FORT WORTH
AND PRECISION FIRE SERVICES,LLC
This First Amendment to Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 53761 ("First
Amendment") is made between the City of Fort Worth ("Fort Worth"), a municipal corporation
and Precision Fire Services, LLC, a Texas Limited Liability Company ("Vendor"). City and
Vendor shall be referred to individually as a Party and collectively as the Parties.
WHEREAS, Fort Worth and Vendor entered into an Agreement identified as Fort Worth
City Secretary Contract No. 53761 with an initial term from March,15 2020 (the"Agreement")to
March 14, 2021; and
WHEREAS, Fort Worth and Vendor renewed the Agreement for a second renewal term
from March 15, 2022 to March 14, 2023; and
WHEREAS,Vendor seeks to increase its pricing due to several market factors, including
inflation, fuel cost, cost of living, and an increase of Vendor's internal costs; and
WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of both Fort Worth and Vendor to amend the
Agreement to replace the Exhibit B of the Agreement with the Exhibit B attached to this First
Amendment to reflect the current increase in Vendor's pricing.
NOW THEREFORE, known by all these present, Fort Worth and Vendor, acting herein
by the through their duly authorized representatives, agree to the following terms, which amend
the Agreement as follows:
I.
AMENDMENTS
1. The Agreement is hereby amended by replacing Exhibit B of the Agreement and
replacing it with the Exhibit B attached to this First Amendment.
II.
ALL OTHER TERMS SHALL REMAIN THE SAME
1. All other terms,provisions,conditions,covenants and recitals of the Agreement not
expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.
III.
ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE
1. This Amendment may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which
shall be an original and all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. A
