FIRST AMENDMENT TO
VENDOR SERVICES AGREEMENT (CSC# 54354)
This First Amendment to Vendor Services Agreement ("First Amendment") is made
between the City of Fort Worth("City") and Social Finance, Inc. ("SoFi").
WHEREAS, City and SoFi entered into an Agreement identified as Fort Worth City
Secretary Contract No. 54354 beginning August 25, 2020 (the"Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of both City and SoFi to amend the Agreement to
add additional scope of work and amend the pricing schedule of the Agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, known by all these present, City and SoFi, acting herein by the
through their duly authorized representatives, agree to the following terms, which amend the
Agreement as follows:
1. The Agreement is hereby amended by replacing Exhibit B of the Agreement in its
entirety with Attachment A, attached hereto.
2. All other terms,provisions,conditions,covenants and recitals of the Agreement not
expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.

EXHIBIT B
PRICE SCHEDULE
For the Services set forth in this Agreement, including all Exhibits, City shall pay SoFi the
following fees:
(i) In Renewal Period One: $3.35 for each Enrolled Employee per month.
(ii) In Renewal Period Two: $5.00 for each Enrolled Employee per month in the 529
College Savings Program and the Student Loan Repayment Program.
Annual Platform Fee: $12,000 per Calendar Year billed monthly($1,000/month)
for the Financial Dashboard/Platform which is free for all employees.
(iii) In Renewal Period Three: $5.00 for each Enrolled Employee per month in the 529
College Savings Program and the Student Loan Repayment Program.
Annual Platform Fee: $12,000 per Calendar Year billed monthly($1,000/month)
for the Financial Dashboard/Platform which is free for all employees.
(iv) In Renewal Period Four: $5.00 for each Enrolled Employee per month in the 529
College Savings Program and the Student Loan Repayment Program.
Annual Platform Fee: $12,000 per Calendar Year billed monthly($1,000/month)
for the Financial Dashboard/Platform which is free for all employees.
The fee set forth above shall be payable to SoFi on a monthly basis during the term for each
Enrolled Employee enrolled in the SoFi system for a contribution under Exhibit E for the
applicable month.
