to the Contract for Services between
Texas Association of Community Action Agencies, Inc. ("Agency")
and
City of Fort Worth, Neighborhood Services Department ("Contractor")
Contract Number: 6365C-22-08 ("Contract")
The Texas Association of Community Action Agencies, Inc. and City of Fort Worth on behalf of the City of
Fort Worth, Neighborhood Services Department entered into the Contract for the contract period January
1, 2022 - October 31, 2022 and now wish to amend it.
The Parties hereby agree to amend the Contract as follows:
1. The not to exceed amount shall increase from $685,000.00 to a new not-to exceed amount of
$842,183.00.
2. To extend the Original Contract for an additional period, which will begin immediately upon the
expiration of the original time period and will end on November 30, 2022.
All other provisions of the original Contract and any prior amendment not specifically amended herein are
continued in full force and effect.
This Amendment is effective on the day the last party signs.
