r Red Cross Authorized Provider Agreement
FIRST AMENDMENT TO AUTHORIZED PROVIDER AGREEMENT
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the Authorized Provider Agreement(the "First Amendment"),which is effec-
tive as September 22, 2022, is entered into by and between The American National Red Cross("Red Cross") and
City of Fort Worth (the "AP"). Capitalized terms used, but not otherwise defined, herein have the meanings as-
cribed to such terms in the Agreement(as defined below).
WHEREAS, Red Cross and AP entered into an Authorized Provider Agreement dated as of September 24,
2019 (together,the "Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, Red Cross and AP desire to amend the Agreement as set forth below;
NOW THEREFORE,in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein,the parties
hereto agree as follows:
1. The term of the Agreement is hereby extended through January 15, 2023.
2. This First Amendment constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the
subject matter of this First Amendment, and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings and representa-
tions, both written and oral, between the Parties with respect to such subject matter.This First Amendment may
be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which when
taken together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
3. Except as amended by this First Amendment, the Agreement is hereby ratified and confirmed,
and all other terms of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the parties have executed this First Amendment, effective as of the date first in-
dicated above.
