THIRD RENEWAL OF FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 49927—
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
This Third Renewal of Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 49927 ("Third
Renewal") is made and entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth, a home-rule
municipal corporation of the State of Texas("City"), and MuniCap,Inc.,a Maryland Corporation
("Consultant"). City and Consultant may each be individually referred to as a "party" and
collectively referred to as "parties."
WHEREAS, the parties previously entered into an agreement for Public Improvement
District("PID") consulting and administration services, the same being Fort Worth City Secretary
Contract ("CSC")No. 49927;
WHEREAS, CSC 49927 provided for an initial term of four years with renewals at the
City's sole option; and
WHEREAS, in connection with the first renewal, the parties amended CSC 49927 to add
language required under state law, that renewal and amendment being CSC No. 49927-R1A1;
WHEREAS, the parties renewed CSC 49927 a second time, extending the term to
November 30, 2022, that renewal being CSC 49927-R2 (CSC Nos. 49927, 49927-R 1 A 1, and
49927-R2 are collectively referred to as the "Agreement");
WHEREAS,the parties desire to renew for a third renewal period,beginning on December
1, 2022 and ending on November 30, 2023; and
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Consultant, acting herein by and through their duly
authorized representatives, agree as follows:
1.
The Agreement is hereby renewed and extended for a one-year period to be effective
beginning December 1, 2022, and expiring on November 30, 2023, unless terminated earlier in
accordance with the provisions of the Agreement.
2.
All other provisions of the Agreement that are not expressly amended herein remain in full
force and effect throughout the third renewal period.
3.
This Third Renewal may be executed in several counterparts, each of which will be deemed

an original, but all of which together will constitute one and the same instrument. A signature
received via facsimile or electronically via email will be as legally binding for all purposes as an
original signature.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Third Renewal to be effective December 1, 2022.
