FIRST AMENDMENT AND FIRST RENEWAL TO
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 56650
This First Amendment and First Renewal to Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 56650
("The Agreement") is made between the City of Fort Worth ("Buyer"), a municipal corporation
and Virtra Systems Inc, a corporation ("Seller").
WHEREAS, Buyer and Seller entered into an Agreement identified as Fort Worth City
Secretary Contract No. 56650 executed on November 10, 2021 (the"Agreement"); and
WHEREAS,it is the collective desire of both Buyer and Seller to amend the Agreement
to revise the term dates; and
WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of both Buyer and Seller to renew the Agreement
for the first renewal term.
NOW THEREFORE Buyer and Seller do hereby agree to the following:
I.
AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
The following terms are hereby amended to either replace any conflicting terms in the
Original Agreement or shall be added to the terms and shall be binding and enforceable as if they
were originally included therein and the amended agreement shall be referred to as the Agreement
in all future documents.
3. 0 TERM
This Agreement shall begin the day the Assistant City Manager signs this Agreement ("
Effective Date") and shall expire on November 9, 2022 Expiration Date"), unless
terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement (" Initial Term"). Seller shall
have the option, in its sole discretion, to renew this Agreement under the same
terms and conditions, for up to four (4) one- year renewal options, at Seller' s sole
discretion.
II.
RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT
1. The Agreement, as amended herein, is hereby renewed and extended for a renewal term
commencing on November 10, 2022, and ending on November 9, 2023.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this agreement, to be effective the
day the Assistant City Manager signs this Agreement.
