SECOND RENEWAL AND FIRST AMENDMENT TO
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 55169
This Second Renewal and First Amendment to Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No.
55169 ("The Agreement") is made between the City of Fort Worth ("City"), a municipal
corporation and Watch Systems LLC ("Vendor"), a limited liability company.
WHEREAS, City and Vendor entered into an Agreement identified as Fort Worth City
Secretary Contract No. 55169 beginning January 11, 2021 (the "Agreement") and ending on
January 10, 2022; and
WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of both City and Vendor to amend the term of the
agreement to begin November 18, 2021 and end on November 17, 2022.
WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of both City and Vendor to renew the Agreement
for the second renewal term.
NOW THEREFORE City and Vendor do hereby agree to the following:
I.
AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
The following terms are hereby amended to either replace any conflicting terms in the
Original Agreement or shall be added to the terms and shall be binding and enforceable as if they
were originally included therein and the amended agreement shall be referred to as the Agreement
in all future documents.
1. Term. The Agreement shall commence upon the date signed by the Assistant City
Manager below(" Effective Date") and shall expire no later than twelve months
from the Effective Date (" Expiration Date"), unless terminated earlier in
accordance with the provisions of this Agreement or otherwise extended by the
parties. This Agreement may be renewed for an unlimited number of one year
renewal periods at the City' s option, each a" Renewal Term." The City shall
provide Vendor with written notice of its intent to renew at least thirty(30) days
prior to the end of each term.

1. The Agreement, as amended herein, is hereby renewed and extended for a renewal
term commencing on November 18, 2022, and ending on November 17, 2023.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the parties hereto have executed this agreement, to be effective the
day the Assistant City Manager signs this Agreement.
