SECOND AMENDMENT AND SECOND RENEWAL
TO
CITY OF FORT WORTH CONTRACT 55004
This Second Amendment and Second Renewal is entered into by and between the
City of Fort Worth (hereafter "City"), a home rule municipality, with its principal place of
business at 200 Texas Street, Fort Worth, Texas, and Diesel Laptops, a South Carolina
corporation ("Vendor"). City and Vendor may be referred to individually as a Party and
collectively as the Parties.
WHEREAS, on December 8 2020, the Parties entered into City Secretary Contract
55004 to provide the City with software support packages ("Agreement/Contract");
WHEREAS, pursuant to its terms, the Agreement may be renewed for four one year
renewals at the City's option;
WHEREAS, the parties previously renewed the Agreement for its first renewal term
from October 1, 2021 to September 30, 2022;
WHEREAS, the Parties wish to renew the Agreement for its second renewal term and
amend the Agreement to modify the line item pricing by incorporating the quote attached to this
amendment and renewal into the Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties, acting herein by the through their duly authorized
representatives, enter into the following agreement:

AMENDMENTS
The Agreement is hereby amended by incorporating quote #QUO04929, attached to this
amendment and renewal document, as a part of the Agreement. The attached quote modifies the
line item pricing originally reflected in the Agreement and controls in the case of any conflict.
2.
RF.NF.WAT.
The Agreement is hereby renewed for its second renewal term to be effective as of
October 1, 2022 and expiring September 30, 2023, unless terminated earlier in accordance with
the terms of the Agreement.
3.
ALL OTHER TERMS SHALL REMAIN THE SAME
All other provisions of the Agreement which are not expressly amended herein shall
remain in full force and effect.

This Amendment may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be
an original and all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. A facsimile copy
or computer image, such as a PDF or tiff image, or a signature, shall be treated as and shall
have the same effect as anoriginal.
