THIRD AMENDMENT TO
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 55468
This Third Amendment to Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 55468 ("Third
Amendment") is made between the City of Fort Worth ("Fort Worth"), a municipal corporation
and Insight Global, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Vendor").
WHEREAS, Fort Worth and Vendor entered into an Agreement identified as Fort Worth
City Secretary Contract No. 55468 beginning March 26, 2021 (the "Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, in the First Amendment, both Fort Worth and the Vendor agreed to amend
the Agreement to increase funding for staffing augmentation by $100,000.00 of the Administrative
Amendment funding approved on M&C 21-0733;
WHEREAS, in the Second Amendment, both parties agreed to move the expiration date to
March 2023 with nine additional renewals;
WHEREAS, for this Third Amendment, it is the collective desire of both Fort Worth and
Vendor to increase funding for staffing augmentation;
NOW THEREFORE, known by all these present, Fort Worth and Vendor, acting herein by
the through their duly authorized representatives, agree to the following terms, which amend the
Agreement as follows:
1. The Agreement is hereby amended by adding $250,000.00 of funding, revising the
total contract cost to $800,000.00, as was approved on M&C 23-0119;
2. All other terms, provisions, conditions, covenants and recitals of the Agreement not
expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.

Third Amendment to Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 55468
EXPLANATION
Attached is the Third Amendment to CSC 55468, the agreement between Insight Global and the
Water Department for professional consulting services for the purpose of staff augmentation,
permanent placements, and specific contractor project duties.
The actions of this amendment, as approved on M&C 23-0119, will add an additional
$250,000.00 of funding to the contract, increasing the spending authority from $550,000.00 to
$800,000.00.
