COUNTY OF TARRANT
WHEREAS, The City of Fort Worth and RPGA Design Group, Inc. (Consultant) made
and entered into City Secretary Contract No. 51709 (The Contract) which was
authorized by the City Council by M&C C-28941, the 4th day of December, 2018, for
Design and Construction Administrative Services for Fire Station 45; and
WHEREAS, further amendment is necessary to reimburse the Consultant as part of the
design services agreement for additional design services for Civil revisions due to
Harmon Road and additional structural site visits.
NOW THEREFORE, City and Consultant, acting herein by and through their duly
authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement which amends the
Contract:
1.
Article I — Scope of Services, Paragraph (3) shall be added to read as follows:
(3) Provide additional design services for the design and detailing of Civil revisions
due to Harmon Road and additional structural site visits. The cost of this
additional service is $5,575.00 plus $0.00 in reimbursable expenses. The scope
of services is described more fully in RPGA Design Group, Inc Letter dated
January 31, 2023, subject: "Additional Service for iSWM revisions due to
Harmon Road Changes and additional structural site visit due to extended
duration of construction".

Article II — Compensation, first paragraph, is amended as follows:
"Consultant shall be compensated in accordance with the Fee Schedule shown
in Attachment "A". Payment shall be considered full compensation for all labor,
materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to complete the services
described in Attachment "A". However the total fee paid by the City shall not
exceed a total of $228,395.00 unless the City and the Consultant mutually agree
upon a fee amount for additional services and amend this Agreement
accordingly."

RE: FS #45: Additional Service for iSWM revisions due to Harmon Road Changes and
additional structural site visit due to extended duration of construction.
Mr. Clements:
In order that we might reach a clear understanding, please accept this as our proposal for
additional services required from AIM Engineering and RL Woods and Associates:
1. AIM Engineering to modify the iSWM documentation due to the expansion of
Harmon Road along the east side of the FS #45 property. The redesign will allow for
the elimination of the existing bar ditch design and allow storm water from FS #45 to
run directly to the new storm lines that are included it the expansion of Harmon
Road. We submit the following for your consideration and approval.
2. R L Woods and Associates to provide additional site visits due to the extending
duration of construction. One (1) additional trip at a cost of $600.00.

RE: Fort Worth Fire Station 45 Project
Dear Mr. Lucio:
AIM Engineering, LLC submits this fee proposal to provide additional civil engineering services
to revise iSWM Plan and construction document plans for the Fort Worth Fire Station 45 Project
in Fort Worth, Texas. These revisions will reflect the deletion of the on -site storm water
detention pond currently included in the site design. A summary of the scope of our services and
our fee is as follows:
Hydrology analysis will include running new hydrological models, updating and revising
iSWM forms and coordination with iSWM Plan reviewer, Halff Associates.
Our civil engineering design will include revising the site layout, site grading and
drainage, site erosion control, and site utilities.
Our fee for the above scope of work is as follows:
Hydrology Analysis and Revision: $ 1,975.00
to iSWM Plan
Revision to Construction Documents : 3,000.00
Total: $ 4,975.00
