JUSTIFICATION (REASONS) FOR CHANGE ORDER ;I
Change Order No, 9 will provide an additional 80 calendar days on the project for the delay resulting from not
being able to connect a project water main ( as directed by Water Production) to an existing 42-inch water line
due to high water demand.
